Good quality product at a reason price but unfortunately stung by delivery and return costs. I feel they need to review their current set up in line with industry leaders.

I don’t expect to pay a total of 7.50 for delivery, trying an item on and then returning. Nothing for my money besides a fairly standard delivery/return service where infact I’d have been better off paying more for the item elsewhere, and returning for free.

The reason for return was the items shade of colour, which is very difficult to gauge when viewing a product online.

Customer service is joke. Order never arrived and they blame delivery company and tell me to wait a further 10 days before I can complain . The woman I spoke to was full of excuses . Will never use them again

Ordered a hat on Friday afternoon and it arrived on Monday morning via Royal Mail. Fair price, good service, will use again.

Poor fake fake fake can spot it a mile off boss logo pissed I meen cheetham hill is better quality and that is saying something

I'm based in Australia and placed my order on July 20. Order was sent via DHL express ($20aud) and arrived on July 14). I purchased a pair of Carhartt American Script Jogging Pants which was $92aud delivered, compared to $150aud from my local retailers. Everything arrived well packaged and in its original plastic wrap. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are for but my experience has been great and I would happily purchase from them again.

Ignore these bad reviews I've dealt with this company around 3-4 times in the last 12 months nothing but great every order 10/10

Please trust me when I tell you this company is a scam. I'm not saying you won't get your products (you will), but you'll either get fakes, poor quality, or torn clothing.

When you complain you'll get a response from a disgracefully rude customer service team who will try to pull the wool over your eyes with a bunch of legal jargon explaining why they're not refunding you for the poor products they sent you.

I ordered a box of "Hugo Boss" underwear in the correct size. One had a hole in them, and all three were way too small. This was a £29 order and Mainline Menswear were prepared to fight to the death before they gave any sort of compensation, refund, or exchange.

I spoke to Hugo Boss and they have no idea who this company is they're most likely selling cheap fakes.

I can honestly say this is THE worst experience I've had with any company in any industry, period. Poor products, even worse customer. Mainline Menswear are thieves.

I bought one pair of jeans for a Total of £93 incl. postage. Got a great product delivered and fast shipping. Unfortunately the jeans didn't fit, so I contacted Costumer Service where we agreed for me to return them to the store. So far so good! Apparently I didn't qualify for a refund but got a gift certificate instead. The problem is that I have paid £70 for taxes and the refund postage - now I have to spend another £70 to buy a new product and use the gift certificate - NOT a great solution for the costumer/me. 2⭐️

Don't buy vouchers for this company as they make it as difficult as possible to spend them especially if you give them as a gift!

I have been using MM for a number of years now and generally it has be fine, ok, adequate. I ordered
recently and the delivery service they use left the package 7 miles from my address - claiming that this was the nearest drop off/ collection address. it clearly wasn't and probably was just convenient for the driver. I refused to collect as it was in another town/ postcode and was informed that they will collect the package and issue me a refund. Yesterday I received an email saying the delivery company has still not collected - it has been 10 days since it was due to be sent back to MM. Out of principle I won't be using MM again until they use a better delivery company and TBH I was easily spending a 1-1.5k per year with them annually. Such a shame!!!

If I could rate -5 I would I have spent over £500 with this company I contacted them as an item was missing from the delivery they told me they check CCTV and contact me back which they did and basically said it was packed so there was nothing they can the item was worth £100 I tried to complain higher but was then basically told they believe im trying to claim for a refund but the product was that so they accused me of being a liar and thief even though I've just spent £500 and said I was just trying to claim a false refund what evidence do they have I have ordered with them before and I never had to speak to them or return anything , Then I was told if I don't like it to contact trading standards but they would not be changing their mind, As many people have said how bad there customer service was I wish I had never ordered its hands down the worst customer service and company I have dealt with, Do not use I am now £100 out of pocket and fuming with how they have spoke to me and dealt with it I have reported to trading standard and I hope they investigate this company as legally they should not be trading they are the thief's taking money and not sending goods and you only have to look through trust pilot to see they do this with many people, Total scam

I bought An Under Armour jacket. I first wore it when going on holiday. Outside edinburgh airport the rain came on and to my dismay the zip wouldn't zip up. i returned it when i came home, but because i outside the 14 days return time they would not give me a refund on my faulty item. they said the zip is now working and have actually put it back on their website despite it lying in a suitcase in Majorca for a fortnight.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I have just received my second order and the service has been great again. Ordered an EA lounge set at a good price and was free delivery with Royal Mail. Received 2 days later as advised. Reading the poor reviews on here it does surprise me as I’ve had no complaints so far and will order again.

Outstanding service. Genuine quality, super fast dispatch time. Ordered yesterday arrived from UK to Ireland in one day. Thanks
